What does the room rental include?
Your rental fees includes tables, chairs, china, glassware, silverware, chair covers, linen napkins and complimentary cake cutting. What other charges can I expect? The Carlisle Room includes many event items and services within our package price, such as the rental items listed above. Some of the other charges that you will have to consider for your event from outside vendors are: Floral & Decor, Wedding Planner, Band, DJ If you are reviewing other venues, please be sure to ask what is included in their venue fee. Can I have my Ceremony at The Carlisle Room? Yes, The Carlisle Room provides a private ceremony space that can accommodate up to 200 guests. Arrangements must be made in advance for rehearsals. How many hours do I get for my event? When booking your event at The Carlisle Room, 4 hours of actual event time are included. If having an onsite ceremony here with us, an additional hour of event time is included with your ceremony rental which would make your total event time 5 hours. We allow you the flexibility of choosing the time frame that works best for you. On top of your actual event time you will also have set up and breakdown time allowed. If having an evening event, you may enter the venue as early as Noon so you have ample set up time and you are also allotted 1 hour breakdown time after the event concludes. If needing an additional hour of event time, this is $500 each additional hour. The latest the event can run is Midnight. |
How many people can you accommodate?
For a ceremony, The Carlisle can accommodate up to 200 guests. For a reception or seated dinner, The Carlisle can comfortably accommodate 250 guests. For a more relaxed function, such as a happy hour or corporate function, The Carlisle can accommodate up to 300 guests. Who prepares the food? Beyond the Box Catering is the exclusive caterer of The Carlisle Room. You can choose from a wide selection of set menus or have them design a custom menu to fit your event needs. What about Alcohol? The Carlisle Room offers several different beverage packages as well as custom handcrafted specialty cocktails for your event. Is there parking available? Several parking options are available. Paying for your guest's parking is available for $5 per vehicle. Self-parking is also available for $8-$12 per car in surrounding lots. |
